What you'll do

• Gather, calculate, and compile estimating data
• prepare estimates
• attend project and pre-bid meetings and conduct assigned site investigations
• review plans and estimates
• complete pre-construction surveys and preliminary documents
• solicit subcontractor or supplier quotations and scheduling input
• coordinate proposal completion
• review bids and contracts for scope and compliance
• establish labor needs
• develop project schedules
• build stakeholder relationships and support company values and culture.
