Maintenance Technician

Job overview

What you'll do

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on HVAC units, plumbing fixtures, electrical wiring, and equipment
• inspect the building for damage and repair windows, doors, and walls
• record completed repairs and service dates
• and carry out preventive maintenance measures. The posting requires availability to be on call and respond to requests at night and on weekends.
