The Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) — Float Position is an onsite, full-time role based in East Hanover, NJ, serving designated residential programs and two adult day programs across Northern and Central New Jersey. Compensation is $24–$30 per hour. Pillar Care Continuum supports people with disabilities and other special needs through educational, therapeutic, and social programs.

What you'll do

• Under BCBA supervision, implement individualized Behavior Support Plans and skill-acquisition programming
• provide one-to-one and group ABA interventions
• support adaptive, communication, and independent-living skills
• collect behavioral data and maintain required documentation
• coach Direct Support Professionals on plan implementation
• and participate in interdisciplinary meetings as requested. The role requires flexibility and travel between locations, with evenings and weekends as needed.
