What you'll do

• Administer HubSpot and maintain deal and pipeline data
• maintain patient-count methodology and reconcile sold and live figures
• reconcile pipeline, onboarding, and finance trackers
• verify contracts and BAAs
• build and review pro formas
• generate and route service agreements and order forms
• support pricing governance and coach reps on business cases
• maintain dashboards and weekly scorecards
• produce pipeline, forecast, capacity, and quarterly review analysis
• identify at-risk accounts and stalled deals
• join field visits and customer meetings
• coordinate with Customer Success, Onboarding, Finance, and Marketing
• support programs, symposiums, and conferences.
