The Inside Sales and Office Coordinator – Home Care position is onsite in Pikesville, MD, Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Compensation is $22–$25 per hour. The role supports Senior Helpers’ Pikesville office and its home care inquiry and assessment process.

What you'll do

• Welcome walk-in families and visitors
• respond to phone, text, online, and referred inquiries
• explain services, approved pricing, and the assessment process
• follow up with leads
• schedule and confirm in-home assessments
• record lead and appointment details in WellSky and other designated systems
• coordinate handoffs with assessment and business development teams
• support office events
• and maintain office readiness. Refer clinical questions and care-plan or staffing commitments to the appropriate team member.
