What you'll do

• Build and maintain relationships with physicians, hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, assisted living communities, and other referral partners
• identify referral opportunities
• educate healthcare professionals and community partners about hospice services and eligibility
• conduct visits and follow-ups
• manage a marketing schedule and territory plan
• participate in community events and presentations
• track referral activity
• and work toward growth goals using ethical, compliant marketing practices.
