Security Officer — Incident Response

The Security Officer — Incident Response role is onsite in Hanover, MA, with a schedule of Thursday and Friday, 2 PM–10 PM, and Saturday, 4 PM–12 AM. Pay is $20.76 per hour. Allied Universal provides security and facility services to clients and communities. The officer conducts unarmed patrols at a retail mall, maintains a visible presence, responds to incidents, and provides customer service to shoppers, tenants, and visitors. Patrols, access monitoring, and accurate reporting help deter incidents and identify security concerns.

What you'll do

• Provide customer service and follow site security procedures
• respond professionally to incidents and disturbances
• conduct foot or vehicle patrols of the property, common areas, parking areas, and perimeter
• monitor access points and report unusual conditions, hazards, and policy violations
• complete activity reports, incident documentation, and patrol logs.
