Project Manager – MEP Engineering Design

The Project Manager – MEP Engineering Design role is onsite in Chantilly, VA. Compensation is $120,000–$160,000 per year. The project manager leads mechanical, electrical, and plumbing engineering design projects from initiation through completion. The role coordinates teams, scope, schedules, budgets, and client communication while monitoring project quality, financial performance, and delivery.

What you'll do

• Lead MEP engineering design projects and interface with clients and design teams
• establish project teams and prepare initiation documents
• coordinate project setup for billing and compliance
• conduct kickoff meetings
• allocate staff and manage scope, schedules, budgets, and costs
• maintain project status and quality systems
• conduct post-project reviews
• manage client relationships and project financial reporting
• supervise and develop team members.
