What you'll do

• Provide customer service
• know menu items, recipes, prices, and serving sizes
• handle cash and card transactions
• issue and reconcile cash drawers
• prepare food and beverages to brand standards
• conduct safety and food safety checks
• assist with training crew members
• communicate shift issues to management
• help resolve customer service or food concerns
• unload deliveries, stock supplies, and maintain inventory.
