Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist

The Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist role is hybrid, requiring onsite work two days per week in Rockville, MD. The projected compensation range is $110,000–$120,000 per year. LCG recruits for federal IT programs, corporate hiring, and new business opportunities. As LCG’s primary hands-on recruiter, this role independently manages full-cycle recruiting and develops staffing strategies for current and future federal contract needs. It partners with hiring managers, program leadership, Human Resources, and Business Development to build candidate pipelines and move hiring priorities from intake through offer.

What you'll do

• Lead full-cycle recruiting for federal IT, technical, program management, corporate, and other assigned roles
• manage multiple requisitions
• conduct intake meetings and develop sourcing strategies
• review RFPs, SOWs, PWSs, labor categories, and solicitation materials for staffing needs
• support proposal and capture staffing
• source and assess candidates
• coordinate interviews and offers
• maintain ATS records and recruiting metrics
• support workforce planning
• ensure recruiting compliance
• improve recruiting processes and candidate experience.
