The Senior Manager, Data and Analytics role is primarily onsite in Syracuse, NY, with regular on-site presence expected approximately 50–100% of the time based on business needs. The pay range is $91,000–$142,000 per year, and the position is eligible for a 16% target bonus. The role leads data, analytics, and manufacturing IT capabilities supporting LOTTE Biologics’ operations and digital transformation. The manager owns the strategy, delivery, governance, and ongoing evolution of enterprise data and analytics capabilities. By leading a cross-functional team and partnering with business, quality, manufacturing, laboratory, and IT stakeholders, the role enables trusted insights and improved operational and strategic decisions.

What you'll do

• Own the data and analytics strategy, roadmap, and operating model
• lead and develop a team across data engineering, reporting, visualization, advanced analytics, low-code development, and platform support
• integrate manufacturing, laboratory, enterprise, process-control, and electronic data-capture systems
• govern data platforms and analytics solutions
• advance AI capabilities and responsible-use controls
• oversee dashboards, KPIs, reporting products, and analytical models
• manage vendors and strategic partners
• support validation, documentation, audit readiness, and user training.
