The Director of Sales – Hotel is an onsite, full-time position in Franklin, TN, with stated pay of $70,000 per year and bonus potential. The role supports sales and revenue growth at Franklin Cool Springs Staybridge Suites by IHG, managed by Tharaldson Hospitality Management. The director develops and executes sales initiatives, builds business and client relationships, and works with hotel leadership and Revenue Management to meet revenue goals, improve market share, and support occupancy. The role also guides sales activity and provides support and training to hotel team members as appropriate.

What you'll do

• Develop and execute the annual hotel sales and marketing plan with the General Manager
• manage and monitor sales budgets and revenue goals
• prospect for new business through networking, cold calling, outside sales, and community involvement
• build relationships with corporate accounts, group clients, and local businesses
• conduct sales appointments, property tours, and client presentations
• analyze market trends, competitor activity, STAR reports, and revenue data
• collaborate with Revenue Management
• use brand sales systems and CRM tools
• represent the hotel at networking events, trade shows, and community organizations
• provide sales support and training to hotel team members as appropriate.
