What you'll do

• Clean public areas and resident apartments, including bathrooms, kitchens, patios, windows, floors, furniture, and common areas
• distribute linens and perform laundry duties
• clean restrooms and replenish supplies
• maintain laundry, utility, and storage areas
• disinfect equipment
• stock cleaning carts
• remove waste
• coordinate with maintenance on trash areas and repair work orders
• report resident issues and unsafe conditions promptly.
