Vice President of Integration

What you'll do

• Lead acquired-company integration from diligence through operational integration
• develop integration playbooks, governance, and milestone tracking
• establish priorities and value-creation objectives with executives
• coordinate functional workstreams and mitigate risks
• identify operational improvements and standardization opportunities
• support synergy realization across operations, finance, HR, technology, procurement, and shared services
• monitor integration performance
• lead cross-functional efficiency and scalability initiatives
• advise executives on integration strategy and change management
• facilitate steering committee meetings and status reporting
• develop communication strategies and maintain stakeholder alignment.
