What you'll do

• Support hotel departments and guest satisfaction standards
• respond to guest and employee needs
• ensure shift checklists and callbacks are completed
• act as manager on duty and help manage front desk operations
• train front desk staff in procedures and financial controls
• produce financial reports
• maintain front desk supplies and shift coverage
• assist with safety and key-control procedures
• support food and beverage operations, including supplies, quality, safety, and sanitation.
