What you'll do

• Oversee purchasing and cost-effective acquisition of goods and services
• evaluate suppliers and negotiate pricing and terms
• support Workday procurement implementation, configuration, testing, optimization, data quality, workflows, and user training
• manage vendor relationships and contracts
• coordinate insurance documentation and renewals
• maintain procedures and internal controls
• analyze purchasing activity and prepare reports
• advise campus departments on procurement policies and processes.
