What you'll do

• Coordinate road-condition inspections and documentation using the PAVER inventory system
• analyze pavement conditions and recommend repair and maintenance budgets. Develop community summary reports and five-year projections, and provide condition reports and geolocated photo maps. Develop scopes of work based on pavement condition ratings and budgets
• prepare bid packages, qualify contractors, and lead contract negotiations. Oversee pre-construction meetings, site visits, construction activities, and close-out inspections
• monitor contractor compliance, project progress, budgets, and schedules.
