The Home Health Aide and Personal Care Attendant role is in person in Newton, MA, with pay of $18.00–$21.00 per hour. Home Matters Caregiving serves the Greater Boston West area with in-home care, from companionship to end-of-life hospice care. This role helps clients with daily living, nutrition, mobility, medication reminders, companionship, and a safe home environment. It contributes to client well-being through individualized support and communication with healthcare providers and family members.

What you'll do

• Assist clients with bathing, grooming, and dressing
• prepare meals and support proper nutrition
• provide medication reminders and documentation
• assist with mobility and physical exercises as needed
• offer companionship and activities
• support clients with dementia
• perform light housekeeping to maintain a clean and safe environment
• communicate client needs and progress to healthcare providers and family members.
