What you'll do

• Develop the retail experience vision with the COO
• coordinate with Fulfillment, Product, Creative, and other retail and cafe teams
• track costs of goods and labor through weekly reports
• maintain cleanliness, organization, stocking, and merchandising
• reinforce hospitality and retail service standards
• train, recruit, and develop team members
• oversee daily operations and guest interactions
• support staffing plans and store improvements.
