Outreach Specialist — H.O.P.E. Behavioral Health

What you'll do

• Represent Mary Hall Freedom Village and the H.O.P.E. program
• conduct outreach at community organizations and events
• educate partners and the public about services and resources
• develop referral relationships
• identify resources for participant needs
• support referral pathways and follow-up
• maintain a community resource directory
• engage and screen prospective participants
• assist with intake and service access
• document outreach and outcomes
• and prepare reports.
