Hot Mix Manager, Multi-Plant Asphalt Operations

What you'll do

• Oversee daily operations across three hot mix plants, including production, efficiency, equipment uptime, and operating standards
• lead and develop three foremen and approximately 30 employees
• partner with Quality Control on mix designs and product quality
• manage operating budgets, capital expenditures, inventory, and monthly ledger reconciliation
• lead OSHA and MSHA compliance, preventive maintenance, and vendor management
• support customer relationships, business development, and operational capacity expansion.
