What you'll do

• Prepare yeast rolls, cakes, pies, specialty desserts, and other baked items
• prepare weekend breakfast bakery items to meet production needs
• follow the buffet production system, Golden Corral recipes, and the Bakery and Dessert Café Production Guide
• maintain freshness, quality, portioning, and recipe yields
• assist guests with baked goods
• follow just-in-time delivery responsibilities
• complete duty roster tasks and meet cleanliness, service, quality, and local health department standards.
