What you'll do

• Conduct culturally sensitive, strength-based assessments for new clients and families.
• Provide tailored outpatient individual and family therapy.
• Develop comprehensive crisis plans, safety plans, relapse prevention plans, and wellness plans.
• Actively participate in case consultations, agency meetings, and discharge planning.
• Ensure timely completion of billing, documentation, individualized treatment plans, and insurance authorization forms.
• Engage in collaborative care with the team of psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, dietitians, administrative staff, and fellow therapists.

What we're looking for

Education

Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Counseling, or a related field.

Experience

Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Counseling, or a related field. Experience in working with children and families.
