What you'll do

• Prepare, portion, and cook meals for breakfast, lunch, and dinner following standardized recipes
• plate and garnish cooked items
• act as liaison for the Dietary Manager during their absence
• clean the kitchen and culinary equipment before and after service
• manage inventory, stock rotation, purchasing assistance, and recipe compliance
• handle last-minute culinary requests for facility events.
