The Shift Leader is responsible for assigning tasks, setting shift goals, coaching team members, and ensuring that all operational and safety procedures are followed to meet company benchmarks.

What you'll do

• Manage shift operations, assign tasks to team members, resolve guest complaints, set shift goals, coach and train staff, reconcile truck deliveries, monitor food production and quality, and ensure compliance with safety and operational policies.
