What you'll do

• Hire, train, supervise, and mentor transportation staff.
• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings, market tactical meetings, and clinic huddles.
• Conduct driver ride-alongs and coach performance.
• Oversee vehicle safety, preventive maintenance, vendor compliance, service scheduling, fleet documentation, and supply inventory.
• Improve scheduling efficiency and participant satisfaction.
