What you'll do

• Provide direct care according to resident care plans
• assist with bathing, dressing, toileting, grooming, and feeding
• monitor and report changes in resident condition
• support mealtime setup and intake documentation
• assist with admissions, transfers, and discharges
• follow infection-control and safety protocols
• and maintain documentation and flow sheets.

Why this role
