The Maintenance Technician role is onsite in Cincinnati, OH, with pay of $19–$21 per hour. PLK Communities owns and manages residential apartment communities. The technician helps maintain the community’s physical integrity for residents, visitors, and staff by completing work orders, preparing apartments, and maintaining building systems, grounds, and common areas.

What you'll do

• Perform property maintenance
• prepare apartments for new residents
• complete work orders
• handle basic carpentry, plumbing, electrical and mechanical systems, and small appliance repairs
• maintain grounds and common areas
• provide HVAC service and repair (training available)
• remove and dispose of trash.
