The role oversees daily clinic operations, develops and supports staff, and manages scheduling, sales, compliance, and client concerns to maintain a welcoming environment and improve clinic performance.

What you'll do

• Oversee staffing, scheduling, sales, deposits, inventory, payroll information, and compliance
• lead, coach, train, and support front desk associates, massage therapists, and estheticians
• recruit and onboard employees
• monitor attendance and labor
• drive membership, package, retail, retention, and booking results
• review reports and set goals
• resolve client concerns
• support local marketing and community outreach.
