What you'll do

• Partner with the Store Manager in daily operations and oversee store operations in the manager’s absence
• coach, train, and develop employees
• maintain customer, donor, and community relations
• address complaints
• support personnel matters in coordination with HR and district management
• maintain merchandising standards and inventory
• oversee back-room processing in the manager’s absence
• safeguard cash and banking
• support safety measures
• and implement loss-prevention practices.
