Pay is $26–$28 per hour. Welo Data’s Speech & Voice AI team builds audio, speech, and language datasets for production AI systems. The analyst labels and annotates speech and voice data, follows guidelines to maintain accuracy and consistency, meets throughput and quality targets, escalates unclear cases, and participates in team calibrations.
