Integrated Outpatient Counselor

What you'll do

• Conduct assigned therapy, ancillary, and other groups and individual sessions
• assess clients using appropriate testing instruments and biopsychosocial evaluation
• apply placement criteria and coordinate referrals
• prepare and maintain accurate patient records and census
• develop individualized treatment plans and provide therapy services
• deliver scheduled educational presentations
• coordinate admissions and continuing care
• attend treatment-planning staffing
• conduct utilization reviews for IOP clients as needed
• provide relief counseling as needed.
