What you'll do

• Maintain current knowledge of resort products, policies, and operations
• coordinate with other departments
• lead daily sales operations including opening, closing, scheduling, and sales supervision
• assist with hiring, supporting, and training team members
• monitor and document performance and provide feedback or escalate issues
• resolve guest questions, comments, and complaints
• monitor sales facilities, equipment, and inventory.
