The Part-Time Mental Health Therapist role is in person in Fairfield, NJ, with a stated annual compensation range of $24,000–$51,000 DOE. The role documents care in accordance with applicable requirements and collaborates with the clinical team to adjust treatment as clients’ needs and progress evolve.

What you'll do

• Build therapeutic alliances and establish goal-oriented treatment strategies
• provide psychotherapy using modalities tailored to client needs
• support clients’ psychological and social well-being
• complete accurate and timely documentation in compliance with company policies and applicable state and federal guidelines
• collaborate with the clinical team to adapt treatment strategies.
