What you'll do

• Prepare, cook, and present food according to recipes and portion standards
• wash, cut, portion, and store ingredients
• maintain kitchen and dining-area cleanliness
• operate kitchen equipment safely
• monitor food quality and temperatures
• receive, label, rotate, and store products
• assist with opening, closing, stocking, dishwashing, and special events
• respond to guest requests and report equipment, safety, or inventory concerns.
