What you'll do

• Process weekly and bi-weekly payroll using ADP
• complete payroll data entry, review, reconciliation, and transmission
• maintain multi-state payroll tax compliance
• resolve tax notices and employee inquiries
• set up new hires and maintain I-9 documentation
• maintain payroll records
• support HR and Finance matters, year-end filings, system updates, new-state setup, and 401(k) administration
• protect confidential payroll data.
