The Seasonal Store Manager role is onsite in Vienna, WV. Pay is $14.50–$15.75 per hour. This seasonal position is employed by Noor Staffing Group, representing Hickory Farms, and leads operations at one or more seasonal retail locations. The role is responsible for store performance, sales goals, staffing, merchandising, inventory accuracy, loss prevention, and compliance. By coaching Sales Associates and delivering the Hickory Farms customer engagement approach, the manager supports customer experience and seasonal store results.

What you'll do

• Recruit, interview, and hire seasonal Sales Associates with the Seasonal Area Manager
• lead daily store operations
• pursue sales and performance targets
• train and coach associates
• ensure customer engagement standards, company policies, safety protocols, and loss-prevention standards are followed
• report performance issues and workplace injuries
• complete training
• and be available to visit stores on short notice. Local travel to other store locations may be required.
