The Psychiatrist role is onsite in Tuskegee, AL. Pay is $360,000–$425,000 per year. Regular hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m.–4:30 p.m., with participation in an on-call rotation covering nights, weekends, and holidays. The psychiatrist collaborates with medical, clinical, and administrative teams to provide mental health care across assigned programs. The role exists to evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients’ psychiatric needs. Individualized treatment planning, medication management, crisis support, and interdisciplinary collaboration contribute to timely, high-quality care and regulatory compliance.

What you'll do

• Conduct psychiatric evaluations, formulate diagnoses, and develop individualized treatment plans
• provide medication management and monitor treatment response
• maintain timely clinical documentation
• collaborate with nursing, therapy, social work, and medical staff
• provide crisis intervention and support for emergent psychiatric needs
• participate in the on-call rotation
• maintain licensure and comply with organizational, accreditation, and regulatory requirements.
