What you'll do

• Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements and management reports
• manage the general ledger, accounts payable, and bank reconciliations
• support payroll processes
• develop budgets, forecasts, and variance reports
• monitor cash flow and financial metrics
• analyze compensation and productivity
• assess financial impacts of hiring, purchases, and growth
• improve financial policies, processes, and controls
• coordinate with outside accounting professionals.

Why this role

A bachelor’s degree and five or more years of progressively responsible accounting or financial-management experience are preferred. CPA certification is welcomed but not required.
