Shift Leader

The Shift Leader role is onsite in Seekonk, MA. Compensation is $21–$23 per hour. The role supports restaurant operations by supervising team members and ensuring shift activities align with the restaurant’s business plan.

What you'll do

• Supervise team members, monitor performance, and delegate tasks
• organize shift schedules and attendance
• greet guests, take orders, and serve food and beverages
• ensure food preparation follows instructions and safety and sanitation requirements
• maintain cleanliness
• address guest concerns
• train team members
• balance cash drawers and prepare deposits as assigned
• complete administrative paperwork
• and oversee opening or closing activities as directed. The posting requires flexibility to work nights, weekends, holidays, and opening and closing shifts.
