What you'll do

• Lead monthly close, accruals, reconciliations, shared-service allocations, and intercompany charges
• own annual budgeting for the US holding company and subsidiaries
• provide financial guidance to stakeholders
• oversee sales-tax compliance and corporate income-tax provisions and filings
• lead audit preparation and statutory filings
• administer ERP and financial tools
• support system replacement and process improvements
• direct inventory accounting and annual physical counts
• document processes and maintain internal controls.
