The 21st Century Program Tutor role is onsite at designated schools in Beulaville, NC, and compensation is $28–$30 per hour. The tutor supports the Boys & Girls Clubs of Southeastern North Carolina’s 21st Century Community Learning Center program. The role provides individualized and group instruction, plans lessons aligned with participant assessment levels, and monitors academic progress. Assessments, records, and reporting help the program tailor instruction and support students’ academic skills and positive learning habits.

What you'll do

• Deliver instruction to program participants
• manage tutoring groups
• develop individual and group lesson plans
• teach and evaluate lessons
• coordinate after-school lessons with Common Core curriculum
• monitor reading and math progress
• maintain participant records and assessments
• provide requested reports.
