What you'll do

• Coordinate and provide nursing care according to client care plans
• supervise LPNs, Mental Health Technicians, and medical assistants on the shift
• prioritize care as client needs change
• participate in intake and admission decisions with required approval
• conduct rounds and timely interventions
• perform, supervise, and delegate direct care
• contribute nursing input to care meetings
• collaborate with the Medical Director and Nurse Practitioners
• maintain electronic medical records
• provide staff health guidance and client education related to recovery.
