Rehab Patient Access Representative

What you'll do

• Greet patients and verify personal, financial, and insurance information
• enter demographic and insurance details into the EHR
• complete required forms
• verify coverage and obtain prior authorizations as needed
• resolve coverage discrepancies
• schedule, confirm, and reschedule appointments
• explain co-pays, deductibles, benefits, and financial responsibility
• assist with payment options and financial assistance
• protect confidential information under HIPAA
• coordinate with clinical and administrative staff.
