The Front Desk Agent, Swing Shift & Night Audit role is onsite in Hillsboro, OR, with compensation of $18.50 per hour. The Courtyard by Marriott Hillsboro front office team is the first point of contact for guests and supports the hotel’s guest-service experience. The role handles guest-facing front desk work across swing and overnight shifts. Swing-shift agents manage arrivals, departures, reservations, and guest requests, while night auditors balance transactions, prepare reports, and attend to overnight guest needs and property safety.

What you'll do

• For swing shift, welcome guests, handle check-ins, check-outs, and reservations
• answer phones and respond to requests
• resolve concerns and coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance
• handle payments and end-of-shift balancing. For night audit, run the nightly audit, balance revenue and transactions, prepare management reports, handle overnight front desk duties, and monitor the lobby and property for guest safety and security.

Why this role
