Branch Operations Support Specialist

Job overview

The Branch Operations Support Specialist role is based onsite in Salt Lake City, UT, with regular travel to assigned branches and about 50% of work anticipated away from home. What you'll do

• Visit assigned branches for at least three full working days per visit
• review KPI reports and flag gaps
• help implement approved action plans and escalate barriers
• support receiving, inventory, picking, packing, shipping, and replenishment procedures
• apply lean practices such as 5S, visual management, and standard work
• document quality issues and assist with approved corrective actions
• train and coach employees
• coordinate with branch and territory leaders
• prepare visit reports and track follow-up actions.
