What you'll do

• Provide licensed care according to physician orders and applicable standards
• record vital signs
• provide catheter care, IV therapy within license limitations, and respiratory care as ordered
• document nursing notes
• maintain a safe resident environment
• direct non-licensed ancillary services as needed
• communicate with residents, families, physicians, guardians, agencies, and facility personnel
• implement care plans and recommend changes to the interdisciplinary team
• and follow infection-control and HIPAA requirements.
