What you'll do

• Observe construction work and materials for conformance with specifications
• document contractor work and submit daily reports
• coordinate with contractor field personnel
• maintain inspector files
• review RFIs, submittals, payment requests, schedules, change orders, and claims
• facilitate quality-assurance testing and sampling
• support project closeout.
