What you'll do

• Implement agency policies and procedures for counseling and treatment programs
• develop, coordinate, monitor, evaluate, and document individual program plans
• guide and document resident movement, behavior, and progress
• submit release plans and related documentation
• communicate relevant information to supervisors
• provide scheduled staff coverage
• attend required meetings
• maintain liaison with supervising authorities and community organizations.
