What you'll do

• Interpret union contracts and manage related reporting and accounting
• help maintain brand standards and verify team members meet requirements
• assist with property department operations
• support key control and workplace safety
• follow corporate accounting procedures and complete the annual quality audit with the General Manager
• support sales and the hotel marketing plan
• coach, train, schedule, and provide feedback to associates and managers
• address guest and employee concerns and uphold service standards.
